Bethany House Services provides a full range of housing, education and assistance
programs to homeless and low-income women and children. Attentive to both direct
service and systemic change needs, BHS is proactive with current social work methods,
evaluation tools and advocacy for positive changes to enhance resources available
for the poor. Through the combined efforts of qualified staff and volunteers, we
provide emergency, transitional and permanent housing programs, a nurse aide training
program, a post-shelter support process, agency wide child/parent programming, community
building initiatives at Bethany Homes apartments and first time homeowner opportunities
through Bethany Woods.
