At Bethany House, our ultimate goal is to help families move from crisis to stability—into homes they can sustain long-term. We do this by offering flexible, individualized housing programs that are deeply rooted in compassion and evidence-based outcomes.

Rapid Re-Housing
The Rapid Re-Housing Program connects families experiencing homelessness to safe, permanent housing as quickly as possible. Through short- and medium-term rental assistance (ranging from three to 24 months) and personalized case management, families avoid returning to shelter, get connected to vital community resources, and receive the tools and support to achieve lasting independence.
Permanent Supportive Housing
For families facing chronic barriers, such as serious illness, disability, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or long-term/repeated homelessness, the Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides a critical safety net. With long-term rental support and intensive wraparound services, families receive the stability they need to begin healing and rebuild their lives with dignity.
Progressive Engagement
The Progressive Engagement Program takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach. We assess each family’s unique needs and adjust support as their circumstances change—scaling back services as independence grows and stepping in with added assistance during crises. This responsive model ensures families not only find a place to live but also have the tools and support to stay permanently housed.
