Crystal Holliday, CPA, MST, is a nonprofit finance leader known for translating financial insight into strategy. As CFO, she strengthens organizational sustainability through financial strategy, capital planning, and systems that support housing stability and long-term mission impact.
A Certified Public Accountant, Crystal holds a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. With more than 18 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she specializes in complex funding environments, regulatory compliance, and mission-driven financial stewardship.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys self-improvement and faith-based podcasts, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning.
