Earlene Dula is a dedicated social service leader with a deep passion for supporting families experiencing homelessness. With a trauma-informed and hands-on approach, she leads shelter operations with empathy, equity, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive space.
Earlene began her career as an Administrative Assistant and steadily grew into leadership, driven by her unwavering belief in the dignity of every person. She is also a certified CPR Instructor with the American Heart Association, empowering others through lifesaving training and advocacy for heart health.
