Lavonya Leonard
Housing Director
As Housing Director for Bethany House Services, Lavonya Leonard brings over eight years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community impact. She is passionate about advancing equity, incorporating participant voice, and addressing socioeconomic disparities through inclusive housing practices.
Lavonya has led teams at POAH and Lighthouse Youth and Family Services, consistently aligning programs with strategic goals. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s in African-American Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects and time with her family and pets.
