Rod Hinton serves as Chief Program Officer at Bethany House Services, bringing decades of leadership experience in nonprofit strategy, operations, and community engagement.
Previously, Rod was Chief Operating Officer at Best Point Education & Behavioral Health, overseeing key operational and strategic initiatives. He also held senior leadership roles at St. Xavier High School.
Rod holds both a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a master’s in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
