Enhancing Data Analysis and Integrity

Bethany House prides itself on being a data-driven organization and is excited to share two developments in this area:

Welcome Carmen

Bethany House welcomes Carmen Adolphus, Data and Compliance Coordinator, as one of its newest employees. Carmen is the first person to hold this newly-created role at Bethany House and will lead all initiatives across the organization related to data and compliance.

Introducing a New Data Dashboard

For the past year, Bethany House has been working with DataBloom, a local data assessment company, to create an organizational dashboard that will share results updated daily from programs, fundraising, and finance. As this launches in the coming months, Bethany House will have an enhanced ability to share its impact quickly and efficiently and make responsive decisions based on real-time data.

Much of Bethany House’s government funding is subject to rigorous monitoring and compliance processes. Data integrity is a major component of compliance, and thanks to Carmen’s arrival and DataBloom’s dashboard development, Bethany House is well-situated for strong compliance results this year and into the future.
