REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 HOLIDAY PROGRAMS WILL OPEN ON NOVEMBER 2!

Bethany House offers three ways to give over the holidays. Please see below to find the option or options that are right for you.

Adopt a Family

Adopt a Family is Bethany House’s most well-known holiday program. As a sponsor, you “adopt” a family (or families) in one of our housing programs. We will provide you with a wish list so that you can shop for their desired presents. Sign up begins November 2, 2026.

Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland is a toy and gift drive for the families currently residing in shelter. Your donations of unwrapped gifts are displayed in a room away from the children where parents can “shop” in secret, selecting just the right gifts for their kids. You can also buy gifts for mom and dad! Older children are able to “shop” for their parents. Volunteers help wrap the gifts so that they are ready to be delivered on Christmas morning.

Bethany Basics

When a family leaves shelter, they receive Bethany Basics. This bundle contains items that families need to establish their new homes, such as bedding, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and more! Consider adding a few Bethany Basic to your gift list.

Sign up to Participate

The button below will take you to a Sign Up Genius . There, you can choose which initiative you’d like to support. You will also find instructions for each program, wish lists, and drop off information. Once you sign up, you will be assigned a Coordinator from Bethany House who will contact you. If you are adopting a family, your coordinator will provide you with the wish list for your specific family.
