Thank you: A Mother’s Day Shower of Flowers recap
Thank you to everyone who sent a Mother’s Day flower and messages of hope to the Moms in shelter. The response was heartwarming and appreciated! Nearly 200 flowers and messages decorated the windows of shelter.
Special thanks to Oberer’s Flowers of West Chester who donated 200 real tulips to match the paper flowers. Family Services organized an activity for children to decorate vases and the fill them with tulips to give to their moms. The remaining tulips adorned the shelter in a riot of color.
