Two New Directors

Bethany House is pleased to introduce its two newest program directors: Earlene Dula and Heather Luker-Smith.

Earlene, Bethany House’s new Shelter Director, has an extensive background in social services and management. She has successfully supervised small and large teams of frontline staff and has a proven track record in all areas of compliance and regulatory bodies as well as shelter operations. Additionally, she has a strong track record of addressing resident needs, coordinating care, and working closely with various agencies to provide comprehensive support.

Heather joined Bethany House in early April as the Family Services Director. She brings with her a wealth of programmatic and residential experience as a case manager, residential director, program manager, and trainer. She also has a unique background in law enforcement/corrections and forensic psychology. She is a self-professed “data nerd.”
