Sylvia Osterday honored by Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council

Sylvia Osterday is the embodiment of the Voices of Giving award which honors individuals whose generosity extends beyond their lifetime.

For decades, Sylvia has been a steadfast champion of Bethany House, volunteering for signature events like Mardi Gras Benefitting Homeless Children and giving generously of her financial resources year after year.

Most notably, Sylvia has included Bethany House in her legacy plans. This intentional gift ensures her values and commitment will shape Bethany House’s work for generations to come.

“I have dedicated my time and treasure to Bethany House because I believe in what they do – enabling young mothers with children to find a new way of life through education, encouragement, and through the skills they learn at Bethany House to make their own way toward independence,” Sylvia said.

Bethany House is very grateful for Sylvia’s decades of volunteerism, financial support, and transformative legacy gift; she is a most deserving honoree.
