Cincinnati Works—with Bethany House

Bethany House is partnering with Cincinnati Works to help residents move beyond shelter toward steady employment and greater self-sufficiency. For nearly 30 years, Cincinnati Works has fought poverty through job readiness and ongoing personal coaching, and now that expertise is coming directly to Bethany House families. 

Cincinnati Works’ coaches come on-site twice a week to provide one-on-one career and financial coaching, connect participants with resources, support educational and career advancement, and help residents build the skills needed to increase their income. 

When families in shelter have a path to stable work, they’re ready for a home they can keep. This is one of many workforce development-related enhancements Bethany House will be making in the coming months, so stay tuned for more in the future!
