Selected by a panel of local community leaders, winners of the BBB Torch Award for Ethics are recognized for ethical leadership, strong workplace culture, and dedication to serving the community.

The award was presented during the BBB Cincinnati Torch and Spark Awards Gala on October 23, 2025.
