Bethany House’s CEO, Peg Dierkers, was named a finalist for the 2026 Vistage Member Excellence Leadership Award. This award is for members with over 3 years of tenure, highlighting those who exhibit enduring excellence while continuously laying the groundwork for the future.

Peg’s successes and contributions at Bethany House are extensive, but she was especially recognized for the following: 

  • Balancing mission outcomes with the funding to accomplish it 
  • Completion of a large capital project where seven disparate locations merged into our current, well-designed facility which better serves families with expanded services 
  • Bethany House’s earning of the 2025 BBB Torch Award for Ethics, the BBB’s highest honor!
  • Repurposing under-utilized space to provide childcare services for families in shelter and in the community
